I started this blog as a place to put the "mommy stuff" that just doesn't fit over on my other blog.

I became a first time mom at the age of 43 so this blog is written from *gasp* an older mom's perspective.

I love being a mom to the funniest little girl on the planet (check out the scroll over to the right ---> for some of her gems!) and I hope you enjoy reading about our adventures together!

Wordless Wednesday -Sharing the Snail Love

Topic of the Week
Ability to be with people, situations and things without the need
to force, change or alter them.
(Yes, it is STILL Acceptance week! I guess I just needed some more! Stop back for Friday Fragments and I'll get you all caught up!)

Today's photos are posted with thanks to my friend Kristen who braved learning how to use her new phone camera so we could have them!

This week is all about Acceptance. Next week 's topic is Empowerment

  1. LOVE it on the duck, that is too funny. The neighbour's kid has a full play ground for bugs (all enclosed in plastic, complete with a slide and swings...)

    Thanks for sharing your WW

  2. Oh wow!! Are they safe? I've never seen snails of that size and that they are kept inside?! WOW! That would be a ton of fun for the kids for sure. Would keep them out of the garden, absolutely, but never had any that big around here either. We have caterpillars right now is all.

    Take care!

  3. They all look so fascinated, how fun and so nice to have those photos too.

  4. Glad your friend figured it out. Fun pics. Thanks for linkin up for WW!

  5. That looks like a lot of fun!
    Happy WW!

  6. Looks like fun! Those things are huge!
